Report on VBO
It is possible to use reports from the Veeam console for Office 365. These reports allow to have information on:
- Mailbox protection
- Storage consumption
- License overview
Mailbox protection This mailbox allows you to see the protected and unprotected mailboxes. In the Veeam console, go to Organizations tab and select the desired organization. In the ribbon click on Reports then select Mailbox protection
The window for generating the report appears. Check the box Open report after publishing and click on Finish.

It is also possible to have a summary of protected and unprotected mailboxes. The last page of the report presents the different boxes and their status.
Storage consumption Storage consumption report allows you to monitor storage usage through backup. When generating the report, it is necessary to specify reporting interval.
Next report has been generated and you can monitor storage.
License overview License overview report allows you to monitor license usage through backup. When generating the report, it is necessary to specify reporting interval.
Rename organization
with version 3.0 of Veeam, it is possible to rename the organization. In the case where you administer several organizations, it is possible to change the name of the organization to give another name. Right-click on the organization and select Rename from the context menu.
Enter the new name and click on Rename.

Use Internet proxy
It is now possible with VBO 3.0 to use a proxy so that the server can access the Internet. Enterprise using a proxy can now secure Internet access from the Veeam server. On the Veeam console, click on the Options icon and click on General options.
A Windows appear, select Internet Proxy tab and configure the proxy.
